Shipping policy

We want your RidgeWash order to reach you quickly and with no surprises. Here's exactly how shipping works.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Where we ship from

To keep prices low and quality high, RidgeWash orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partners. This means delivery takes a little longer than a local courier — that's the trade-off for the price, and we think it's worth it.

Estimated delivery times

The times below are estimates, not guarantees. They start after dispatch and don't include the 1–3 day processing time. International transit and customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • New Zealand: 8–16 business days
  • United States & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

So most orders arrive within roughly 2–4 weeks of ordering.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. You'll always see the final cost before you pay.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse — note it can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement after dispatch. You can track any time on our Track Order page.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Customs & duties

For most orders no import duties or taxes apply. For some international destinations, local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Wrong address, lost or delayed parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier and make it right.
